Program Overview

HEE Tech Academy offers structured Courses for Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) to equip secondary school students with future‑ready technical and digital skills through immersive, hands‑on learning.
 
These programs focus on drone technology, coding, artificial intelligence, and STEM applications, providing students with practical exposure beyond the classroom. Designed as long‑term school‑based initiatives, our SMK courses aim to inspire interest in technology‑driven careers while building a strong foundation for further education, TVET pathways, and future industry participation.
  • Duration: 40 Weeks
  • Target Group: Secondary school students (Form 1–Form 5, aged 13–17)
  • Capacity: Minimum 25 students per class
  • Program Type: Weekly school‑based technology and STEM program

  • Week 1–4: Introduction to the Drone World
  • Week 5–8: Drone Piloting Basics
  • Week 9–12: Drone Maintenance & Troubleshooting
  • Week 13–16: DIY Drone Building – Basic Level
  • Week 17–20: DIY Drone Building – Advanced Level
  • Week 21–24: Arduino Programming – Beginner Level
  • Week 25–28: Arduino Programming – Project Add‑ons
  • Week 29–30: Fixed‑Wing Drone Design & Build
  • Week 31–32: Fixed‑Wing Flying & Safety
  • Week 33–34: Tello Drone Coding with Scratch
  • Week 35: FPV Simulator & Software Flying
  • Week 36: FPV Race Practice
  • Week 37: Introduction to Generative AI
  • Week 38: Drone Soccer Basics & Team Setup
  • Week 39: Final Presentation & Demonstration
  • Week 40: Drone Challenge & Award Day

By completing the FTDP program, students will:
